Pills, herbs, books, watching late-night infomercials with a certain chubby, hairy porn star – let’s face it; guys will do anything to increase their sexual performance. Unfortunately this anything usually involves quite a bit of money as well as some embarrassing and awkward moments with over-the-counter workers.

What many men don’t realize though is that there is often a much easier way to increase one’s sexual performance without using all of the expensive products. Having better sex can come simply as the result of what one eats. With this in mind, let’s take a look at what foods your libido craves and what will keep your woman craving more of you in the bedroom.
Pumpkin Pie
Though long held as nothing more than a Thanksgiving tradition, pumpkin pie can provide a holiday year-round for guys who regularly consume it as studies have shown pumpkin pie to increase blood flow to the penis by an amazing 40%. The pumpkin seeds in the pie can also give a boost to one’s sex life by keeping testosterone levels up through its high zinc content.
Figs
If being a minute man is your problem then figs could be your answer. Those who regularly eat figs are better able to stave off premature ejaculations and increase their sexual stamina. Improved libido is another advantage that figs provide as they are high in amino acids.
Tomatoes
Besides the oft over-stated fact that they have historically been called “love apples”, tomatoes are high in potassium and can improve a male’s overall sexual health. Tomatoes have also been said to fight off impotency and help men to keep sperm counts up well into their golden years.
Oysters
There could be no one better to have endorsed oysters as a sexual aid than that of Casanova. Historical accounts claim that Casanova ate at least 60 oysters a day in order to give him the boost he needed when having sex. He was certainly on to something as oysters are very high in zinc and raise sperm counts as well as testosterone levels.
Garlic
In one sense, garlic might ruin your love life if you don’t take care of your breath after eating it. But if you’ve got the breath department under control then feel free to eat plenty of garlic en route to having better sex as it increases both libido and blood flow to the penis.
Almonds
Not only are they delicious in a salad or a bowl of ice cream but almonds are also quite useful in revving up for sex. They are plentiful in good fatty acids which translate into a greater production of hormones. Almonds are sure to have any man feeling like a kid again.
