In your mind, the wedding day is just a precursor to a fireworks-filled wedding night. Here are a few tips to help you be a super-groom in bed and turn up the heat on the big night:
1. Relax! No large-scale production is without stress, but stress can completely kill your libido. And if it’s this crazy for you, imagine what it’s like for your bride! Keep this in mind when you’re finally alone together in the bridal suite. What better way to get your love in the mood than with a full body massage, or a warm candlelit bath?
2. Steal sweet — and sexy - moments with your bride throughout the night. If you aren’t careful, just saying “hello and thank you” to the 150 of your closest friends, family, and business partners in attendance will absorb all your energy! Steal whatever moments you can over the course of the evening to remind her that she’s a stone cold fox and you can’t wait to get in bed with her. Try sneaking off to a quiet corner and checking in with each other throughout the evening; lavishing her with passionate kisses between guest-greetings; and sneaking into the ladies room to make out for a few minutes. She’s sure to be in the mood when you’re finally alone!
3. A little fantasy-role play never hurt anybody... Chances are, your blushing bride has dreamed about this moment since she was a little girl—now’s the time to indulge her fantasies! Before the wedding, ask what she’s always dreamed of in a husband and in the wedding night - then, make it happen for her! Something as simple as carrying her across the threshold of the bridal suite could be a major turn-on and something she’s always fantasized about, so why not make it a reality? Pull out all the stops and be as romantic as you can! Cover the bed in rose petals, and have a bottle of the most expensive champagne chilling in the room when the two of you arrive. She’s Cinderella, and tonight, you’re her Prince Charming.
Communication is key here, so take the time to discuss the wedding night together before the wedding day arrives. And if at the end of it all, your bride just wants to crawl in bed and cuddle, have no fear! Besides, you’ve got the whole honeymoon ahead of you!
