Tips for effective workouts
For a leaner stomach in just a few weeks, watch your calorie intake and stick to a program, such as the one featured below:

1. Hold that stomach in wherever and whenever you think of it. Whether standing, sitting, driving or lifting, always try to pull in your belly button and keep your core engaged.

2. Cardio: do 5-7 cardio sessions a week (between 20 and 60 minutes). Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will help you to trim down quicker.
