Facing the ground, prop yourself up on your hands and toes, placing your elbows directly under your shoulders and keeping your neck extended. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels.

You can start from your knees rather than your toes and progress to straight legs.

Careful: do not let your back arch or your bum stick up.
