You can always look better so why not try pushing yourself that extra bit to look hotter than your fiancée could ever imagine on your big day.

CARDIO:
Try early morning cardio to really slim that waistline and define those lines all over. Try 45 mins a day on an empty stomach 3 times a week using different intensities and machines and/or outdoor activities such as cycling and jogging.
