Meal 1:
4 egg whites in a protein shake, oatmeal and a piece of fruit
Meal 2:
Have a piece of grilled chicken (4 oz.) with a baked potato and some broccoli – throw on some mustard for flavour here or some other light garnish – step AWAY from the MAYO!
Meal 3:
4 oz. lean ground beef in an omelette
Meal 4:
Protein shake or protein bar, some almonds (1/2 cup)
Meal 5:
Choose one: tuna, salmon steak or grilled chicken (4 oz) with _ cup steamed veggies
WATER:
All day, all the time. Aim to drink 4 litres a day to flush out the fat!
Tips for dieting success include no carbs after 4pm and never letting yourself go hungry. Eat healthy snacks high in protein and low in carbs. Choose raw veggies, some protein bars (read the label carefully) low fat yogurt, or nuts (like almonds) that are lower in trans fats (bad fats).
